Today was a good day with a couple of Acrylic Fabrication jobs coming in. First off we have 3 boxes out of 6mm clear Acrylic, which will be fully fabricated and flame polished.
Then we have an urgent Display case to be made up.

Hi all
Went out onsite yesterday to do some Plastic Welding. Was a challenging job but won out. Plastic welded PVC Pipes 10 in all.

Also am fabricating some Acrylic Display Cases.

Hello all

Well its been a couple of days since have been on especially due to the long weekend. Cnc Routing is going fine and will be doing more today creating a 5meter stencil. Also will be Cnc Routing a sample for an order of 100 plus repeat components. Customers are coming gradually.

Well was a promising day today the Router is setup with new tools and is still running well. Got big quote to do tomorrow as well as a Plastic Welding job to do and finish some samples. Also have some Nylon Bushes on the go. Good to be doing something.

Well Saturday was a good day have a cold but went in to work anyway and made some Acrylic Display boxes. Am in good shape for completing the job on Monday afternoon. CNC Router is running well can't be more happier.

Long day today 12 hrs but everyday has been the same.
Got a couple of more jobs on today and am going in tomorrow. Was waiting on a call about a job today but it didn't come. Oh well plenty more customers around the corner, hopefully. Have met some nice people and am travelling well.

Well peeps it's been an interesting day today. Had visits from more suppliers and things are looking up.
Have some good quotes out there and will find out if I win them tomorrow. Am working tomorrow doing some Plastic Fabrication work. Getting some samples for another job.
Hmm had interesting call today looks like some people are threatened by me.

Well peeps today wasn't a bad day as completed a couple of more jobs and got my head around enroute4 a little bit more.

Had some customers visit today which seemed promising and may lead to more work.

Well tomorrow is on the road day drumming up business, and sending out some completed jobs. The new Cnc Router is working well.

Well Monday and its been quiet bar a few quotes and pick up of a pallet of goods. Won one job and hopefully will pick up some more. Must get some material in morning for new job and order some from another supplier.

Starting Out

Well hello everyone I have started on a new journey that will hopefully work out. Finally after talking about it for the past 10 years I have got off my butt and opened up my own Plastic Fabrication & CNC Routing business.
 Have been trading for 3 weeks now and am actually making some money, can see now why it's not everybodies cup of tea. The stress of when the next job is coming is enourmous. Saying that I have finished spending for all the start up costs. Now I have the capability of Plastic Fabrication as well as CNC Routing. Well will keep it short and sweet and keep you guys and gals posted of how we are doing,
